We're looking for a Trainee Sales \& Marketing Manager to join our growing team and gain hands\-on experience across sales, marketing, customer engagement, and campaign management.
This is an opportunity for someone who is ambitious, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop the skills needed to progress into leadership and management positions.
No management experience is required. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Sales \& Marketing Manager, you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while learning how successful brands attract customers, build market presence, and drive growth.
You'll be involved in:
- Supporting sales and marketing campaigns
- Engaging with customers and representing client brands
- Building strong customer relationships
- Assisting with customer acquisition initiatives
- Learning how campaigns are planned, delivered, and measured
- Working alongside experienced managers and team leaders
- Supporting team objectives and campaign performance
- Developing leadership, communication, and organisational skills
