We’re working with a successful national education recruitment business that is looking to add a Trainee Recruiter / Resourcer to their Leeds team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, driven and commercially minded, who wants to build a career in recruitment and progress into a fully\-fledged Recruitment Consultant.

The Role

Working within the Education sector, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and engaging with candidates, building relationships and supporting the wider recruitment team to successfully fill vacancies across schools and education settings.

You’ll receive plenty of support and training, but you’ll also have the autonomy to manage your own workload and develop your own style.

Your development will be a key focus, with a clear opportunity to progress from Resourcer to Recruitment Consultant as you develop your skills and performance.
