Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals


• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients


• Conduct candidate registrations, interviews, and compliance checks


• Write and advertise vacancies across multiple platforms


• Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships


• Manage the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement


• Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems


• Support social media and marketing activities to promote vacancies and candidate availability


• Meet individual and team performance targets

Skills \& Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Excellent organisational and time management abilities


• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment


• Professional and confident telephone manner


• Strong attention to detail


• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Previous sales, customer service, recruitment, or business development experience is advantageous
