- Keeping clients informed and maintaining clear communication between the office and site teams.
- Attending sites to record progress, flag issues and help coordinate outstanding work.
- Updating project records, tracking costs and variations, and assisting with payment follow\-ups.
- Helping organise snagging and handovers so projects are completed properly.
- Taking increasing ownership of enquiries and projects as you develop.
You don’t need a construction degree or previous project management experience. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, good judgement and a willingness to learn.
You should be:
- Reliable and punctual, with the initiative to keep others informed without being chased.
- Confident speaking with clients by phone, email and in person.
- Organised, comfortable following up and able to keep track of several tasks.
- Interested in property, refurbishment, sales and how a growing business operates.
- Comfortable using everyday computer software and learning our systems.
- Willing to ask questions, take feedback and follow tasks through to completion.
- Happy working between the office and project sites across London.
