Trainee Pest Control Technician North London

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Pest Control Technician to work within the North London area.

The successful candidate will join a motivated team who is dedicated to learning and joining a great industry. We will support you through training schemes and will actively look to push you towards the industry recognised standard of a RSPH/BPCA Level 2 qualification.

The successful applicant will need the following skills:

• Proven track record in Quality Customer Service.


• Develop key relationships and contacts to help growth.


• Progress new business through self generated leads.


• Full UK driving license.


• Overtime capabilities.

The above position attracts a basic salary of £28k basic\+ per annum depending on role and experience, lead commission and overtime O.T.E. £35\+K, company van, mobile phone and 20 days paid leave per annum \+ bank holidays.

We gift you, your Birthday off every year.

Once qualified to the BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Standard in Pest Management we will increase your basic to £31\.9k with a £45k OTE.

After 3 years of service there will be an additional 1 day annual leave added to the contract per year up to 25\.

• Provide written reports on inspections, infestations and treatments.


• Carry out minor proofing work to prevent pest infestations.


• Log all visits and reports via Mobile App.


• Carry out other tasks flexibly, as needed.

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
