Working with numerous estate agents and property developers, you'll benefit from a consistent flow of qualified leads, a comprehensive training programme, and the opportunity to advise high-net-worth clients across the UK and internationally. The Role

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Learn to provide expert mortgage and protection advice under the guidance of experienced advisers


• Work with high-quality leads generated through established estate agency and developer partnerships


• Build strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service throughout the mortgage process


• Develop your knowledge of mortgage products, lenders, and industry regulations


• Progress enquiries from initial consultation through to mortgage application and completion


• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures


• Develop your own client pipeline while building a successful long-term career

• Full CeMAP qualification


• Previous sales experience


• Savings to support yourself for approximately 3–4 months while building your pipeline


• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service


• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to succeed within a target-driven environment


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced mortgage brokerage

• Monday to Friday, with one in six Saturdays


• Office-based in West London

• Realistic first-year OTE of £50,000–£100,000


• Established Senior Mortgage Advisors earning £150,000+
