Support Worker / Senior Support Worker / Team Leader – Children's Residential Home Location: Ealing
Salary: Competitive + sleep-in payments (where applicable)
Hours: Full-time | Shift work including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
We're looking for caring, resilient and dedicated Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our growing team within our Ofsted-registered children's residential homes.
You'll play a key role in supporting children and young people with emotional, behavioural and complex needs, helping them to achieve positive outcomes in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Build positive, trusting relationships.
- Promote independence, education and life skills.
- Safeguard and advocate for the young people in your care.
- Complete daily records and reports.
- Work as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care.
- (Senior/Team Leader) Lead shifts, mentor staff and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards.
- Experience within an Ofsted-registered children's home is desirable for Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders.
- A caring, resilient and positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it) is advantageous.
