We are recruiting an ambitious Trainee Manager to join our growing sales and marketing operation. This structured development role provides practical experience across campaign delivery, team coordination, client representation and performance management.

Working with established brands and retailers, you will support campaigns designed to increase customer acquisition and strengthen brand awareness. Training begins with hands\-on campaign delivery, giving you a thorough understanding of the operation before you progress into leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed understanding of client objectives, products and services

  • Support the delivery of customer acquisition and brand campaigns

  • Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally

  • Monitor individual and team performance against agreed targets

  • Assist with daily briefings, campaign preparation and task allocation

  • Maintain accurate customer, campaign and performance records

  • Support the training and development of new team members

  • Identify operational issues and recommend practical improvements

  • Provide campaign updates and customer feedback to senior management

  • Maintain high standards of client representation and customer service
Training and Career Development

The Trainee Manager programme combines structured training with practical responsibility. You will receive regular coaching in:

  • Sales and customer engagement

  • Campaign planning and performance analysis

  • Team leadership and staff development

  • Client communication and brand representation

  • Operational organisation and reporting
Responsibility will increase in line with your performance, professional development and ability to lead others effectively. Progression opportunities may include Team Leader, Campaign Manager and Operations Manager positions.
