Job Summary

McDermotts fish and Chips established for 40 years is looking for a young ambitious individual to join our team with the end goal of a senior management position within 18\-24months. Every aspect of the business will be included in the role in time however the first 3 months will be intensive training in the kitchen. Following this customer service positions and all roles within the business will need to be understood and done to allow for a move towards minor management tasks thereafter. End goal is to move into a senior management role with an increased base salary and an incentivised bonus scheme. £28,000 per year. Working hours. Split shifts Tuesday\- Saturday. Sundays and Mondays off. 40 hours per week.
