With ambitious growth plans for 2026 and beyond, we are now recruiting Trainee and Qualified Financial Advisors specifically for the Dungarvan office.

As a Financial Advisor with Actual Insurances, you will play a key role in delivering trusted advice and exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high standard of professional customer service
- Conduct detailed fact\-finds to understand client needs and financial objectives
- Recommend and sell suitable financial and insurance products
- Work towards and exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM and administration systems
- Ensure all activity is carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements
- Highly motivated, energetic, and target\-driven individuals
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- Customer\-focused with a professional approach
- Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong listening skills with the ability to build trust and long\-term client relationships
- Analytical thinking to provide sound, tailored financial advice
- Self\-organised, proactive, and results\-focused
- Ambitious individuals who, upon successfully delivering results, are keen to progress into management opportunities and play an active role in helping grow the business further

Salary \& Package
- Basic Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped Commission
- OTE €70,000\+, with top performers earning significantly more
- Pension contributions to company scheme
