Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Trainee Customer Service Administrator based at our Northampton depot to help us to develop our ambitious plans. This role with be based on a 4on / 4off shift pattern

- Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
- Dealing externally with our customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
