We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team in Wilmslow as Sales Development Representatives, helping businesses across the UK access government\-funded apprenticeship programmes. This is a fast\-paced B2B sales role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and creating new business opportunities.

No previous sales experience is required, just a positive attitude, confidence, and a genuine desire to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities


• Engaging with key decision\-makers across a wide range of industries


• Promoting apprenticeship programmes tailored to support business growth


• Building and managing strong client relationships


• Booking qualified appointments for our Business Development team


• Working closely with Business Development Executives to maximise conversions


• Achieving and exceeding targets with ongoing support, coaching, and training
