Trainee Account Manager

TymeOnline is a growing ecommerce business specialising in multichannel retail across platforms such as eBay, Amazon, B\&Q and more. We are passionate about delivering a top quality managed service to our sellers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Trainee Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop commercial, client‑facing and analytical skills. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support as you learn how to manage client accounts, optimise performance, and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with day‑to‑day client communication
- Create and optimise product listings on marketplaces including eBay, Amazon and B\&Q
- Create and optimise product listings using Microsoft Excel
- Conduct competitor research to help improve pricing and listings strategy
- Assist with stock and sales reporting using Microsoft Excel
- Perform basic image editing and formatting for online listings
- Support with general administrative tasks as required
- Help identify new marketplace opportunities and suggest improvements
- Monitor and maintain listing accuracy and compliance
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using spreadsheets and digital tools
- Eager to learn and develop
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- No prior account management experience required \- full training provided
- Previous experience working with online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) \- desirable
- Full\-time position, 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
