As a Trade Marketing Trainee, you will join our Brand team at our headquarters in Porto. Working closely with different teams and markets, you will play an active role in supporting the implementation of in\-store marketing strategies and campaigns, helping to ensure a consistent brand experience aligned with commercial goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support for the department’s activities, ensuring organization and follow\-up of internal processes
- Collaborate with the management team in defining the annual marketing plan for different markets
- Implement in\-store actions and campaigns, ensuring store teams (Area Managers and Store Managers) receive the appropriate briefings
- Evaluate key performance indicators and analyze the commercial impact of different initiatives
- Plan and participate in store opening projects, including communication across different channels and/or the organization of opening events
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields
- Interest in the retail/fashion sector
- Fluency in English (other languages such as Spanish or French are a plus)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills, organization, and structured way of working
- Proactive attitude and team spirit
- Eligibility for an IEFP internship
