We are seeking a data\-driven professional to join our Total Rewards team in this exciting role. - Global Mobility knowledge (nice to have)
- Analytical support for Total Rewards including variable pay planning, merit, pay offers, market analysis, governance materials and senior leadership presentations
- Partnering with Rewards and HR/PO Analytics teams to improve reporting, identify automation opportunities and support future Total Rewards capabilities
- Improving consistency, scalability and efficiency of reward processes while building dedicated reward analytics capability
