Total Rewards Analyst
 
The Total Rewards Analyst supports the delivery of Kpler’s global compensation and benefits
programmes, combining strong analytical capability with hands-on benefits management.
The role will take day-to-day ownership of key benefits activities while supporting compensation
benchmarking, salary analysis, annual reward cycles and market research. Working closely with the
Head of Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, HR Business Partners, Payroll and external
providers, the role will help ensure Kpler’s reward programmes are competitive, well-governed and
delivered consistently across our global locations.
 

Key Responsibilities

Global Benefits Management
● Support the day-to-day management of Kpler’s global benefits programmes across multiple
countries.
● Manage employee and dependent enrolments, changes and benefit queries, working closely
with People Operations where appropriate.
● Maintain the global benefits inventory, renewal calendar and key programme documentation.
● Coordinate insurance renewals, ensuring data, documentation and approvals are completed
within required timelines.
● Partner with brokers, insurers and benefit providers to resolve operational issues and maintain
service standards.
● Support implementation of benefits in new countries and entities.
● Support the transition to and ongoing management of Kpler’s global benefits broker.
● Review benefit invoices and employee data to support accurate administration and cost
management.
● Maintain benefits SOPs, controls and documentation to reduce key-person dependency and
strengthen governance.
● Support regional benefits benchmarking and identify opportunities to improve competitiveness,
consistency and cost effectiveness.


Compensation & Reward Analysis
● Support global salary benchmarking and market-data analysis.
● Participate in annual compensation survey submissions and maintain accurate market-
matching data.
● Support job and role mapping against external market benchmarks.
● Analyse employee compensation against salary ranges, market data and internal peers.
● Produce compa-ratio, range-positioning, internal-equity and pay-gap analysis.
● Support departmental compensation reviews and recommendations.
● Support annual merit, promotion and compensation review cycles.
● Assist with compensation analysis required for EU Pay Transparency readiness.
● Conduct compensation and benefits research for new markets as Kpler expands.
● Prepare clear analysis and recommendations for HRBPs, business leaders and Total Rewards

Governance & Reporting
● Maintain accurate and auditable compensation and benefits data.
● Produce regular reporting on benefits costs, renewals, employee participation and
compensation positioning.
● Identify data inconsistencies, operational risks and areas requiring escalation.
● Support development and maintenance of Total Rewards policies, processes and SOPs.
● Partner with People Operations and Payroll to ensure compensation and benefits changes are
implemented accurately

Skills & Experience

● Approximately 4-8 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards,
Reward or a related analytical HR role.
● Practical experience administering employee benefits, ideally across multiple countries.
● Experience working with brokers, insurers or benefits providers.
● Strong numerical and analytical capability with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
● Exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary ranges, market data or compensation
review processes.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with sensitive employee and
compensation data.
● Comfortable managing multiple deadlines, renewals and operational priorities
simultaneously.
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Able to identify problems, investigate root causes and work independently towards
solutions.
● Experience in an international or rapidly scaling organisation would be advantageous
