As TikTok Shop Executive at Protein Works, you’ll be based at our new Campus in Speke, Liverpool, supporting the TikTok Shop Channel Manager in driving growth across one of our fastest\-moving commercial channels. The role will help deliver ambitious growth targets through day\-to\-day trading, product set\-up, creator and affiliate activity, promotions, content performance and reporting, while also supporting the launch and delivery of new TikTok Shop markets across Europe.
Core Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Management
- Own the day\-to\-day operation of the TikTok Shop: product listings, pricing, imagery, descriptions, and availability
- Ensure all product information is accurate, up to date, and optimised for the platform
- Manage product catalogue updates in line with launches, promotions, and range changes
- Coordinate with the wider trading and ops teams to align stock availability with live listings
- Support the TikTok Channel Manager in delivering our expansion plans across EU markets.
- Support the TikTok Channel Manager with the launch of all promotional campaigns on TikTok Shop.
- Maintain channel settings, bio, links, and pinned content in line with current priorities.
- Manage the affiliate and creator commission structure within TikTok Shop \- onboarding, tracking, and reporting.
- Liaise with finance and marketing on promotional mechanics, discount codes, and campaign setup.
- Pull and consolidate weekly TikTok Shop and channel performance data.
- Track key metrics: GMV, orders, conversion rate, affiliate performance, product\-level sales.
- Flag issues, anomalies, and opportunities to the line manager with clear commentary.
- Support the TikTok Channel Manager in delivering onboarding targets, completing admin around creator partnerships: contracts, product seeding, commission tracking.
- Maintain an organised database of active affiliates and their performance.
- Coordinate posting schedules and ensure product links are correctly attributed.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in platform back\-ends and admin systems.
Analytical \- able to pull, read, and summarise performance data.
Process\-driven and reliable; able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping detail.
Prior experience in e\-commerce, marketplace management, or platform admin preferred.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop or similar platforms (Amazon, Shopify) a strong advantage.
