TikTok Live Sales Host – Fashion / Clothing Auctions

Job Summary

Thrift Factory London is expanding its TikTok LIVE sales operation and is looking for confident, energetic and sales\-focused hosts to present live fashion and clothing auctions.

You will showcase clothing live on TikTok, engage with viewers, create excitement around auctions and help drive sales throughout each stream.

This is a performance\-focused presenting role. You do not need to be an influencer or have a large following, but you should be comfortable on camera, able to speak confidently for extended periods and motivated by sales targets and bonuses.

Previous experience in TikTok LIVE, presenting, sales, retail, fashion or social media is useful, but not essential if you have the right personality, confidence and ability to learn.

Duties

• Host TikTok LIVE fashion and clothing auction streams


• Present clothing confidently and clearly


• Engage actively with viewers and respond to questions in real time


• Create urgency, excitement and momentum during auctions


• Highlight brands, sizes, features and any visible flaws accurately


• Encourage bidding and purchasing without being overly pushy


• Maintain a fast, entertaining pace throughout each stream


• Follow structured hosting scripts, training and sales techniques


• Work towards hourly sales and performance targets


• Collaborate with the stock and operations team during each LIVE


• Test different presentation styles and sales approaches


• Take feedback and continuously improve performance

• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera


• Clear spoken English and strong communication skills


• Energetic, engaging and personable


• Comfortable speaking continuously for 3–4 hour LIVE sessions


• Naturally persuasive and sales\-minded


• Motivated by targets and performance bonuses


• Reliable and punctual


• Able to think quickly and respond naturally to viewers


• Comfortable in a fast\-paced environment


• Interest in fashion, clothing, vintage or branded items is beneficial


• Previous experience in sales, retail, livestreaming, presenting or content creation is advantageous but not essential

£15–£20 per hour depending on experience and performance, plus additional bonuses for exceeding hourly sales targets.

Strong performers will have the opportunity to earn above the base hourly rate and progress into lead\-host positions as the operation grows.

Schedule

Typical shifts will be around 4 hours, with morning, afternoon and evening availability.

Both part\-time and full\-time applicants may be considered, including weekend availability.

This is an on\-site, on\-camera role. Please only apply if you are genuinely comfortable presenting live to an online audience.

No large social media following is required.
