As part of the Commercial department at Falck Scandinavia, you will join a dedicated team that drives and supports the success of our organisation. Your work will play a vital role in enabling our colleagues in the field and ensuring that the people we serve receive the care they need. To strengthen our commercial foundation and support future growth and profitability, we are looking for a Tender Manager to join our Pricing \& Tenders team in Falck Scandinavia.
You will join a team of highly skilled specialists working to develop tender strategies, strengthen tender excellence, standardise processes, and increase automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and success rate across tenders in Scandinavia.
A key part of the role will also be to help build a stronger structure for collaboration and coordination across Scandinavia, ensuring that we work more consistently and effectively across markets. In addition, you will contribute to a more proactive, data\-driven approach by strengthening market and competitor analysis and translating insights into concrete recommendations on where to focus our tender efforts.
Your key responsibilities will be to
- Lead the end\-to\-end tender process for strategic and complex opportunities.
- Develop tender strategies that strengthen competitiveness and increase the likelihood of winning tenders.
- Analyse tender requirements, competitive landscapes, market trends, and competitor activity to develop data\-driven bid strategies.
- Contribute to and help shape Tender Excellence by driving stronger methods, standards, and ways of working across Scandinavia.
- Take ownership of and continuously improve the tender process with a focus on standardisation, automation, digitalisation, and efficiency.
- Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify where we should focus our tender efforts and recommend actions proactively.
- Translate complex market, cost, and commercial data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and value creation.
- Act as a key sparring partner to the business and senior leaders, balancing competitiveness, risk, and long\-term value.
- Lead cross\-functional tender teams and coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to deliver strong, coherent bids.
- Ensure all tender submissions are professionally structured, compliant, and aligned with company standards and objectives.

You might not be experienced in every aspect of the role yet, but to set you up for success, we imagine that you already have:
- Hands\-on experience within tender management, commercial excellence, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong financial acumen paired with a commercial mindset.
- Experience with data analysis, market intelligence, or competitor analysis, with the ability to turn insights into recommendations.
- A value\-driven and capital\-disciplined mindset, with the ability to ground recommendations in return optimisation and long\-term value creation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge commercial, financial, and technical disciplines.
- A structured, proactive, and commercial mindset with the ability to manage complex tasks and drive initiatives forward in a dynamic environment.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- A relevant master’s degree or equivalent.
- Full proficiency in Danish and English.
