This temporary role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while working on high-profile events.

Contract Details:

• Location: Holborn, Central London


• Rate: £20 - £23 per hour


• Duration: Minimum of 1 month (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:
As the Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of exceptional events. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Speaker & Stakeholder Management: Handle all communications from initial outreach to post-event follow-up.


• On-Site VIP Support: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.


• Content Management: Create and maintain accurate event platform and mobile app content, ensuring timely updates.


• Website Updates: Carry out routine updates related to events on the organisation's website.


• Event Execution Support: Assist with on-site coordination, including:


• Green room management


• Slide management


• General event support


• Administrative Duties: Efficiently handle queries and support the delivery of conference dinners and social events.

Skills & Experience Required:
To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in event coordination or support.


• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to juggle various tasks effectively.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.


• A proactive and flexible approach in a fast-paced environment.


• High attention to detail to ensure everything is perfect!


• A strong customer service focus, especially when dealing with VIPs.
