Position Overview
They seek a commercially astute lawyer with a strong work ethic to join its global legal team, based in its London office. This is a broad and intellectually demanding role providing legal counsel on the firm's wider asset management activities, including fund structuring, corporate initiatives, and regulatory matters, with a global focus.
The successful candidate will be a self-starting lawyer reporting directly to the Group General Counsel in London and will work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices and time zones. The role requires a lawyer who is equally comfortable negotiating limited partnership agreements to opening offices in new jurisdictions, and who can move seamlessly between transactional, advisory, and corporate governance workstreams.
