Technicien Polyvalent

UpperKey has been managing apartments in the center of Paris for more than 15 years.
Our goal is to keep all apartments clean, safe and in perfect condition for our occupants.
We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable multi\-purpose Plumber/Electrician Technician to help us with repairs and daily maintenance.

Your main tasks:

• To carry out regular checks and repairs in our apartments.


• Repair minor electrical and plumbing problems (changing an outlet, repairing a light, a leak, etc.).


• Helping with painting, furniture assembly and small decoration jobs.


• React quickly in the event of an urgent problem.


• Check that everything is working well before the occupants arrive.


• Repair or change locks.


• Send a report and photos of the work to our operations team.

• Experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical or small building work.


• Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing.


• Able to work independently and solve problems.


• Serious, organized and reliable.


• Speaks some French or English.


• Has the right to work in France.

• Availability: minimum 20 hours per week


• Status: freelancer / auto\-entrepreneur


• Remuneration: €25 per hour


• The candidate must already live in Paris.

Rémunération : 25,00€ par heure
