Within the Munters Group, Airprotech specializes in VOC purification systems. Our solutions enable industrial customers to reduce emissions, meet regulatory requirements, and achieve cleaner production processes.

As a German\-speaking Techncial Area Sales Manager for the DACH region, you will be the key commercial driver for business development across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You combine technical understanding with consultative sales excellence and act as a trusted advisor to customers in complex industrial environments.

Technical Sales Manager (DACH) \- Clean Technologies

Your Opportunity* Identify and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region within industrial and environmental markets.

  • Build and expand long\-term customer relationships through consultative selling and a deep understanding of customer processes and challenges.

  • Analyze customer needs and translate technical requirements into tailored air purification and emission control solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Airprotech and Munters commercial objectives.

  • Conduct customer and prospect visits across the DACH region and deliver clear, structured visit reports.

  • Manage sales forecasts per customer and product group to support production and resource planning.

  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and new applications within VOC abatement, emission control, and clean technologies.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to deliver optimal customer solutions.
Your Experience* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development within an industrial environment.

  • Strong background in VOC abatement, air pollution control, solvent recovery, or related clean technology applications.

  • Proven experience in managing complex, consultative, technical sales cycles.

  • Strong commercial and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Structured, proactive, and self\-driven working style with strong organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region.
