Technical Sales Engineer responsibilities
- Manage and develop an established sales territory across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Kent.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing end users and distributor partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase market share within the territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand manufacturing requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while acting as a professional ambassador for the business.
- Retain and grow existing business through effective account management and relationship building.
- Manage your own diary, appointments and territory with minimal supervision.
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team on larger customer opportunities, sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communicate market feedback to the wider business.
What's on Offer for a Technical Sales Engineer
- Basic salary up to£60,000
- Uncapped commission with realistic additional earnings of around £13,000 from the existing customer base
