Technical Project Manager (Payments & Integration)

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for external clients, managing project lifecycles, expectations, and alignment with business objectives;


• Oversee technical implementation and client onboarding, analyzing functional/technical documentation to guide system integration;


• Analyze client test results, troubleshooting errors, and identifying mitigation strategies using critical thinking and problem\-solving skills;


• Identify project risks and conflicts proactively, developing resolution strategies and aligning communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;


• Minimum of 2 of experience in Technical Project Management, Client Onboarding, or System Analysis;


• Strong expertise in the financial and payment sectors, including payment systems, REST APIs, Web Services, and e\-commerce platforms (Shopify, PrestaShop);


• Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and Quality Assurance testing practices;


• Proficiency in programming languages (such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, or .NET) will be valued;


• Fluency in English and/or Spanish (written and spoken);


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations;


• Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under challenging situations.
