<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a tenacious and disciplined Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-stream technology initiatives. This isn't just about following a process; it’s about driving end-to-end delivery of group-wide solutions and shared platforms that impact our entire brand portfolio. You will thrive in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, working closely with the CTO, Enterprise Architects, and stakeholders across Marketing, Advertising, and Editorial.</p>

<p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead a diverse range of projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and of superior quality</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing task delivery across workstreams and coordinating with third-party vendors</li>
<li>Build strong cross-functional relationships to maintain visibility, manage risks, and ensure all business functions are aligned</li>
<li>Provide weekly governance reporting and ensure all projects adhere to the appropriate delivery frameworks</li>
<li>Focus matrix-managed teams to align with brief, scope, and budget parameters while keeping the delivery team engaged and committed</li>

<p><strong>Person Specification</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrable track record of delivering large-scale technology projects, particularly platform migrations, within complex IT environments</li>
<li>Ability to engage at both delivery and architectural levels, translating technical designs (APIs, integrations, distributed architectures) into executable plans</li>
<li>Experience operating across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models</li>
<li>Expertise in managing cutover activities, transition-to-live operations, and non-functional requirements like scalability and security</li>
<li>Strong financial skills, including budget management, forecasting, and cost control</li>
<li>You are an "organised completer/finisher" and an energised self-starter who focuses on outcomes over process</li>
