<p>The Financial Controller will work closely with the Financial Director to build a high‑performing, insight‑led finance function within a fast‑growing, premium healthcare group.</p>

<p><strong>What Your Day Will Look Like</strong></p>
<p>As Financial Controller, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and discipline</li>
<li>Produce high-quality management accounts, dashboards, and financial insights</li>
<li>Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and governance across all sites</li>
<li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</li>
<li>Manage cashflow reporting and treasury processes</li>
<li>Support the Financial Director with strategic planning and financial modelling</li>
<li>Partner with Senior Leadership Team, and Practice Managers to ensure financial clarity and accountability</li>
<li>Prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors</li>
<li>Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality</li>
<li>Support the integration of new practices as the group expands</li>

<p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)</li>
<li>Experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role</li>
<li>Strong technical grounding in financial reporting, controls, and compliance</li>
<li>Experience in multi-site, multi-entity, or fast-growth environments</li>
<li>Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability</li>
<li>Strong understanding of cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, able to translate numbers into clear insights</li>
<li>High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in healthcare or other multi-site consumer environments</li>
<li>Experience implementing or optimising finance systems</li>
<li>Exposure to private equity or scaling organisations</li>
</ul>
