Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Technical Product Owner, you will be taking end-to-end ownership of our clients CX1 CCaaS platform within a complex enterprise environment.

  • Hybrid working to an office in Reading, our client also has offices based in Scotland and Dublin.

  • Inside of IR35 / Umbrella only

  • £600 - £700 a day

Key focus:
  • Product ownership & roadmap management

  • Vendor governance

  • Oversight of telephony, IVR, digital channels, WFM, analytics & AI

  • Prioritisation across BAU, stabilisation & migration

Ideal background:
  • Proven CCaaS / contact centre platform ownership

  • Strong supplier & stakeholder management

  • Experience balancing operational delivery with transformation

  • Agile environment

  • Experience of Nice CX1.
