Having been established for over 40 years’ we have quickly grown to become the leading manufacturer of premium commercial kitchen equipment. All of our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards as well as making sure we heavily invest in the training and development of our specialist service engineers throughout the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an operations Manager to lead our team of engineers in the south.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, coach, mentor and performance manage a regional team of installation \& service technicians with varying levels of skills and experience
- Work with 4 other Regional Operations Managers supporting a variety of customers across all market sectors
- Manage Engineer activity, KPIs \& performance in the field
- Field based meeting clients \& engineers
- Relevant experience working on commercial catering kitchen appliances, single and 3 phase equipment
- Relevant experience working on warewash: glasswashers and dishwasher
- Experience in leading a team of field service technicians
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Strong problem\-solving skills
- Familiarity with mobile tools
- Direct experience in the warewash and or catering industry is highly desirable
- Full Driver’s Licence
- Basic salary from £55,000
- Standard working week: 40hrs Mon – Fri
- 33 days holiday, 25 days holiday \+ 8 bank hols (increasing with service)
