What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team
- Drive performance by delivering exceptional customer service and commercial results
- Lead by example on the shop floor, providing personalised product advice
- Oversee daily operations, including rotas, stock management, and compliance
- Support with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing colleague development
