HAVN Technologies is building an innovative SaaS platform focused on supported housing, compliance, tenancy management, auditing, and training services.

We are developing a modern platform used by housing providers, support teams, compliance staff, and organisations operating within regulated environments across the UK.

As HAVN continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer to help drive the next phase of development and scale the platform nationally.

The Role

This is a hands\-on leadership role where you will take ownership of the ongoing development, maintenance, infrastructure, scalability, and technical direction of the HAVN platform.

You will work closely with the founder while helping to build and manage a growing overseas development and QA team.

• Support and manage overseas developers and QA staff


• Create technical documentation and development processes


• Work closely with leadership on product development and future strategy

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer or Technical Lead


• Experience with:


• React


• TypeScript


• Node.js


• Express.js


• PostgreSQL / SQL


• AWS


• SaaS platform development experience


• Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills


• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows


• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• DevOps / CI/CD experience


• Experience managing remote/offshore teams


• Experience within compliance, healthcare, housing, or regulated sectors


• Mobile app development experience


• AI/automation integration experience


• UI/UX understanding
