Technical Consultant – Enterprise AI Search

As part of our Professional Services team, you will help our customers unlock the full potential of their corporate knowledge using state\-of\-the\-art enterprise AI search technology.

You will bridge the gap between technology and business, working closely with our customers. In this role, you will take ownership of projects that integrate artificial intelligence into our customers' workflows and make existing corporate knowledge efficiently accessible.

Your area of responsibility:

• You are the main point of contact for our international customers, supporting them in applying artificial intelligence to business\-critical processes and unlocking new efficiency potential


• You take ownership of Mindbreeze projects for a variety of customers and ensure their on\-time delivery (occasionally on\-site at the customer's premises)


• You enjoy designing and implementing enterprise AI search solutions for a wide range of use cases


• You handle the configuration of authentication and user access (e.g., SAML, Active Directory integration)


• You configure connections between corporate data sources and Mindbreeze InSpire to deliver powerful AI capabilities


• You analyze and resolve issues (indexing, access rights, permissions)


• As part of our Professional Services team, you actively participate in sprint planning and task prioritization

Your skills and experience:

• You have completed a degree or qualification with a focus on computer science or business informatics (technical secondary college/HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) and/or have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in this field


• You are fluent in German and English, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy collaborating with customers and colleagues.


• You bring a structured, proactive working style and a hands\-on mentality


• You have experience with Linux systems and environments


• You are familiar with authentication methods (e.g., SAML) and the integration of data sources


• Your curiosity and enthusiasm for AI motivate you to learn new technologies and apply them in practice

For this position, we offer you at least EUR 4 000 gross monthly salary based on 38\.5 hours per week, plus a bonus model, depending on your experience and qualifications.
