Technical Business Support Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Business Support Analyst for our Global Investment bank client where you will be responsible for the delivery and support of IT solutions and services across various business areas. This role is crucial in managing both packaged and bespoke IT solutions, ensuring operational excellence and security compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


• Strong technical skills including Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, Unix, PowerShell, Python, and understanding of Cloud technologies.


• Must know applications , involves upgrades and patches from vendors


• Experience with financial products and systems is highly desirable.


• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.


• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for packaged applications and SaaS solutions, escalating complex issues to vendors for Level 3 support.


• Coordinate issue remediation and application upgrades to maintain current supported levels.


• Engage with Information Systems Security to address security vulnerabilities.


• Develop and maintain scripts for data transfers and application interfaces.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing service quality and ongoing client interactions.


• Provide technical support for applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of problems and incidents.


• Participate in IT projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with the bank’s standards
