Technical Business Analyst

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Work closely with software engineers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and data modelling to support solution design.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and reviews to drive agile delivery.
- Support testing and validation efforts, including UAT coordination and defect triage.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Support data\-driven decision\-making by presenting findings in a clear and actionable format.
- Experience in data sourcing, modeling, and entity mapping, with expertise in interpreting and applying business rules that drive data behavior.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical and data concepts to non\-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with APIs, data integration, and enterprise systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI\-PBA, or Agile BA are advantageous
