What you will be doing:

As part of our HR Team, you will partner closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. You will be:
- Using market knowledge, networks, and recruitment best practices to source and attract high\-potential talent
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview process, and offer management
- Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies
- Monitoring and evaluating recruitment KPIs, including candidate experience metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Preparing weekly dashboards and recruitment reports to support hiring decisions and process optimization
- Collaborating with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and a collaborative hiring environment
- Supporting additional recruitment and employer branding initiatives when needed
- Participating in the 1st employee HR Follow\-Up to help enhance the employee experience.

- Solid experience in IT recruitment
- Passion for technology and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic tech environment
- Strong understanding of tech profiles and IT market trends
- Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, social media channels, and niche job boards
- Data\-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
- Knowledge and application of GDPR and Information Security best practices within recruitment processes and candidate data management
- Passion for People and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate and employee journey
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create empathy and build trust
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with high efficiency and quality standards
- Strong network within the Portuguese market
- Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
