A home, not just a service
The Leonard Cheshire Fife Day Services (GLAD) in Glenrothes provides dedicated, person\-centered day support and care\-at\-home services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. It helps individuals build independent living skills and access the local community
Your working hours
This is a full\-time role, 37\.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday \- 8\.30am \- 3\.30pm.

- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person\-centred care
- Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
- Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
- Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Step in to provide hands\-on care and administer medication when needed
- Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
- A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health \& Social Care or equivalent)
- Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others
- Willingness to work flexibly and take part in the on\-call rota
