Team Leader
Autonomy Care supports people in their day\-to\-day lives, helping them to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while ensuring that their care and wellbeing needs are met, 24 hours a day.
Locations we cover: Melksham, Calne, Chippenham, Devizes, Trowbridge, Warminster, Westbury, and surrounding areas. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must!

If so, we’d love to meet you! We are looking for a Team Leader who’s ready to lead by example and create a positive impact on both the lives of the people we support and the team you’ll be guiding.
What you will do as a Team Leader:
· Lead, Coach \& Inspire: Mentor your team to deliver outstanding care
· Supportive Supervision: Carry out regular supervisions for the Support Worker team.
· Team Coverage: Step in to cover shifts and ensure smooth operations when team members are absent.
· Medication Management: Conduct medication audits and supervise staff with safe dispensing practices.
· Onboarding \& Inductions: Help welcome and train new team members
· On\-call Leadership: Take part in the on\-call rota, including weekends, to ensure continuous support.
Join us and you can expect:
- Weekday Days £13\.50 per hour
- Weekday Evenings £14\.50 per hour
- Weekend Days up to £14\.50 per hour
- Weekend Evenings up to £15\.50 per hour
- Bank Holiday (Time and a half)
- Paid business mileage (45p for cars)
- Holiday top\-up payments made for regular over time (T\&C's)

· Must be willing to work alternate weekends.
Key Skills Required:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Strong numeracy, literacy and computer skills,
- Broad knowledge of Learning Disabilities and other related conditions
- Participating in on call essential
