Team Lead Warehouse – Car Parts Logistics

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our warehouse in the Schiphol area. The working hours are 13:00 to 21:30\. We are growing and expanding our team, and we are looking for a warehouse professional who can coordinate team activities and daily processes.

Salary: €17\.30 gross per hour
Bonus: up to €300 net per month
Working hours: 13:00 – 21:30
Evening allowance: \+25% after 20:00

Responsibilities:

• Leading warehouse employees during daily operations


• Leading by example; the Team Lead is actively involved in operational work


• Coordinating workflow and warehouse processes


• Working with automotive parts and logistics systems


• Supporting loading, unloading, packing, and order preparation


• Ensuring safety and productivity within the team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience


• Team leader experience is a plus


• Good English communication skills


• Motivation and a sense of responsibility
