£14.60-£18 per hour
Reeson Education is recruiting adaptable Teaching Assistants for daily supply work in primary schools and nurseries across Wandsworth. Choose the days that suit you and gain experience in a range of welcoming settings, from EYFS through to Key Stage 2.
What you'll do
- Support pupils during lessons, group activities and classroom routines.
- Help teachers deliver engaging learning and keep children focused.
- Provide one-to-one or small-group support where needed, including for pupils with SEND.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
- Follow each school's safeguarding procedures and work closely with staff.
- Experience supporting children in a primary school, nursery or similar setting.
- A calm, flexible approach and clear communication.
- A genuine interest in helping children learn and feel included.
- Current safeguarding training is welcome; support is available if you need to renew it.
- Flexible assignments to fit around your availability.
- A choice of daily bookings and opportunities to build school experience.
- Weekly pay and ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant.
- Hourly pay between £14.60 and £18, depending on experience and assignment.
