This specialist team advises a portfolio of FS business on complex tax matters, combining high-quality compliance with strategic advisory work across a range of sectors within FS.

Responsibilities: As a Tax Director, you will…

• Lead a portfolio of large and complex FS clients, overseeing the delivery of high-quality tax services


• Provide technical expertise across international tax, Pillar Two, tax governance, compliance reviews, and tax audit support


• Work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders on complex tax projects and risk management assignments


• Build trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic adviser while identifying opportunities to add value


• Lead and develop a high-performing tax team, supporting technical development and driving exceptional client service

Requirements

As a Tax Director, you will need…

• CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification


• Significant Corporate Tax experience gained within practice, including managing large and complex client portfolios


• Strong technical knowledge across UK Corporate Tax, with exposure to areas such as international tax, compliance governance, or Pillar Two being advantageous


• Proven experience leading teams, developing client relationships, and delivering commercially focused solutions
