We are looking for a Time and Payroll Specialist who is detail\-oriented, reliable, and collaborative to join us in our Human Resources team, based in our Braine l’Alleud office in Belgium.
About the role
You will be working in a team that ensures accurate and compliant payroll delivery for employees in Belgium. In this role, you will support monthly time management and payroll activities, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain high\-quality data controls. You will help deliver a seamless and trusted time and pay experience while collaborating closely with colleagues across Human Resources and the wider organization.
Who you’ll work with
You will join a collaborative Human Resources team focused on delivering reliable payroll and time management services. You will work closely with managers, HR colleagues, and external partners, contributing to a supportive, team\-based environment that values accuracy, service, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Manage and validate time data to support accurate monthly payroll processing across different employee groups and working arrangements.
- Act as a key contact for time management queries from stakeholders, including managers, HR teams, and external providers.
- Support payroll processing by reviewing data, updating systems, reconciling results, and resolving discrepancies before approval.
- Perform regular data audits and controls to ensure payroll and time management accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare accurate reports for business and statutory requirements, including time and payroll\-related reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in time management and payroll, with strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
- Experience working with payroll and time management systems, including Protime; knowledge of other tools (e.g. eBlox) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with data and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in French and English, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
- A service\-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a flexible team environment.
