To strengthen our Talent Acquisition \& Performance Acceleration (TAPA) team, VITO is looking for a Talent Management \& Recruitment Partner: a hybrid role combining strategic HR projects (±70%) with operational recruitment \& selection (±30%).
You will report to the Talent Manager and work closely with recruiters, L\&D\-team, HR Business Partners and leadership teams across VITO.

Performance Management
- You design, coordinate and continuously improve VITO’s performance management cycle and related tools.
- You support managers in strengthening performance\-driven and feedback\-oriented leadership, while ensuring alignment across the organization.
- You actively promote continuous feedback beyond formal evaluation moments.
- You empower employees with tools and guidance to take ownership of their performance and development.
- You develop and implement internal mobility programs and career paths aligned with both strategic workforce needs and individual talents.
- You co\-design and roll out development initiatives for specific target groups (e.g. high potentials, critical roles).
- You act as a sparring partner for managers and employees on career growth, employability and internal moves.
- You lead and coordinate organization\-wide talent management projects within the TAPA team, from design to implementation.
- You take ownership of initiatives related to performance \& development, internal mobility, sustainable employability and well\-being (FIT@VITO), as well as selected strategic recruitment initiatives.
- You translate strategic priorities into concrete projects, roadmaps and deliverables, and ensure alignment with key stakeholders across the organization.
- You monitor progress and impact, and continuously optimize initiatives based on data, feedback and organizational needs.
Alongside your project\-based responsibilities, you also actively contribute to hands\-on recruitment \& selection, ensuring strong connection with the reality of the labor market and business needs.
- You manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for a selection of vacancies, in close collaboration with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
- You conduct intake meetings, coordinate selection steps, participate in interviews and ensure a high\-quality candidate experience.
- You apply VITO’s fair, inclusive and structured recruitment standards consistently.
- You act as a recruitment sparring partner for hiring managers, translating business needs into strong vacancy profiles.
- You have experience in recruitment, performance management, career development, or HR policy.
- You are a bridge builder and strategic thinker with an eye for innovation and sustainable development.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch \& English with various stakeholders and know how to connect.
- You have an affinity with tools, methods, and data within recruitment, L\&D, career development, and/or job management.
- You are curious about the latest insights in the field of recruitment, learning, performance, well\-being, and leadership.
