Job Title: Talent Executive

About Us

Ball Management represents a new wave of talent across the entertainment space, from TikTok creators and digital personalities to broadcast talent and reality stars, helping them turn online momentum into long\-term, sustainable careers.

Overview

We are looking for a proactive, relationship\-driven Talent Executive to represent and support digital creators and influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and more. This role focuses on managing day\-to\-day talent needs, negotiating brand deals, building strategic partnerships, and helping creators grow their careers and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Representation \& Management:

  • ⁠ ⁠Serve as the main point of contact for assigned creators/influencers.

  • ⁠ ⁠Onboard your own creators/influencers. (MAX 6\)

  • ⁠ ⁠Provide strategic guidance on content, brand positioning, and audience growth.

  • ⁠ ⁠Manage schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • ⁠ ⁠Review and approve content to ensure quality and brand alignment.
Brand Partnerships \& Deal Negotiation:
  • ⁠Identify partnership opportunities and pitch talent to relevant brands and agencies.

  • ⁠⁠Negotiate rates, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity, and contract terms.

  • ⁠Ensure contracts protect the talent’s best interests and align with long\-term goals.

  • ⁠Maintain strong relationships with brands, PR agencies, marketing firms, and platforms.

  • Outreach for all talent for building new relationships which will include mass email, LinkedIn, social platforms and physical meetings.

  • Campaign management.

  • Oversee campaign workflow from brief to final delivery.

  • Coordinate communication between talent and brand teams.

  • Ensure creators receive clear feedback, instructions, and support.

  • Track deliverables, submit performance reports, and maintain campaign documentation.
Career Growth \& Strategy:
  • Develop personalised growth strategies for each creator (content diversification,

  • platform expansion, brand positioning).

  • ⁠Identify long\-term opportunities such as product lines, podcasts, events, collaborations, or media ventures.

  • ⁠Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools or platforms.
Operations \& Talent Support:
  • ⁠Manage invoicing, payments, and financial tracking for brand partnerships.

  • Resolve issues related to contracts, content approvals, or platform policies.

  • ⁠Maintain talent profiles, media kits, rate cards, and analytics dashboards.
Qualifications:
  • ⁠1\+ year of experience in influencer management, talent representation, marketing, or entertainment.

  • ⁠Strong negotiation skills

  • ⁠Deep knowledge of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital marketing.

  • ⁠Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship\-building skills.

  • ⁠Ability to handle fast\-paced environments and multiple projects at once.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who understands the creator economy and knows how to turn talent into a scalable business. You will help influencers grow their brands, secure meaningful partnerships, and navigate the fast\-moving social media landscape. We also must stress this role requires out of hours work as Talent Agents are solely responsible for their clients career growth and are the first port of call for anything, Talent attend red carpets till late at night and agents essentially need to be on hand end to end for the full process. Also we deal with multiple suppliers so a passion within communicating to multiple people is a win!

Salary and Benefits:

  • £28,500 p/a

  • Monthly bonus scheme

  • Flexi time (start time up to 10am)

  • Paid Christmas holidays

  • 1 work\-from\-home day per week

  • 40 hours per week

  • Expenses covered for meeting

  • Company laptop
Pay: Up to £28,500\.00 per year
