Join Our Team

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People \& Culture team in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who is passionate about attracting exceptional talent, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and partnering with business leaders to support organisational growth.

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent while promoting our employer brand and supporting workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment


  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes across assigned business functions.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Source high\-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.

  • Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates against role requirements.

  • Coordinate and support interview processes with hiring teams.

  • Manage offer approvals, offer negotiations, and candidate communications.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in line with company policies and employment legislation.

Candidate Experience \& Employer Branding


  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our culture and values to prospective candidates.

  • Support employer branding initiatives, careers events, recruitment campaigns, and social media activity.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Partnership


  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and provide expert recruitment advice.

  • Share market insights, talent trends, and sourcing recommendations.

  • Provide regular updates and recruitment reporting to key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to support workforce planning and onboarding.

Recruitment Operations \& Reporting


  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring high service levels and cost effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Coordinate pre\-employment checks, references, and background screening.

  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including time\-to\-hire, cost\-per\-hire, and source\-of\-hire.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.

About You

You are a proactive and commercially minded recruitment professional with a passion for finding great talent and building strong relationships across the business.

Essential Requirements


  • 3–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

  • Proven experience managing full\-cycle recruitment in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Strong direct sourcing capability, including LinkedIn and other talent attraction platforms.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Desirable Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification.
