The Role \- Field Service Co\-ordinator
In this busy, varied role, you will work as part of a close knit team to coordinate the installation and maintenance of EV chargers for Domestic customers. A large part of the role is the management of timely scheduling of our field service staff. Working closely with the sales team and customer to coordinate suitable installation times, you will be responsible for scheduling of both ePower employees and a team of our trusted electrical subcontractors to fulfil the work. You will schedule installations using our Field Service Management system. You will problems solve any customer installations issues that may arise. Our Field Service Co\-ordinators are responsible for managing and growing our team of sub contractors. You will work to KPI’s and be involved in other documentation reporting , analyses and systems improvement . You will report directly to the Domestic Sales and Installations manager.
Required skills
Ability to organise and prioritise work
Problem solving skills and adaptability to a fast paced, changing environment
Great attention to detail
Experience in Customer Support, Scheduling or Planning in a customer facing or operations sector
Excellent Communication Skills
Preferred skills
Recognised Project Management Course
Knowledge of the Electrical/EV sector/Renewable energy sector
Pay: €32,000\.00\-€37,000\.00 per year
