Talent Acquisition Manager
Have you ever worked somewhere where the people around you genuinely inspire you?
Great people like working with other great people. And that's exactly the environment we're building at One Way Group.
A team of ambitious people, given autonomy and trusted to take ownership, working together to grow a small family\-founded business into a £100m engineering services company.
We're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join us on that journey.
This is one of the most influential roles in the business.
Right now, our biggest constraint isn't winning work.
It's finding exceptional people to help us deliver it.
We already have opportunities to grow. We already have customers who trust us. We already have ambitious plans.
What we need are more exceptional people to help us achieve them.
Your mission is simple:
Ensure One Way Group always has access to the people required to achieve its growth ambitions.
If we get this role right, we grow faster.
If we get it wrong, growth slows.
Few roles have a more direct impact on the future success of the business.
The Role
Most businesses recruit reactively.
A vacancy appears. An advert is posted. Applications arrive. A hire is made.
We want to do things differently.
We're looking for someone who is obsessed with finding great people and building relationships long before a vacancy exists.
This is not a traditional recruitment role.
Yes, you'll manage active recruitment campaigns and hiring processes.
But more importantly, you'll build talent pipelines, develop industry relationships, identify future hires and help create the workforce capacity required to support ambitious long\-term growth.
You'll work directly with the business owners and leadership team, helping solve what is arguably the single biggest challenge facing our growth ambitions: access to exceptional people.
