We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager Italy to join our People \& Organization team based in Milan.

How you make the difference

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Bolton’s end\-to\-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high\-quality talent aligned with business values and goals.

How your agenda looks like:

• Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy, in close partnership with the P\&O teams;


• Partner closely with P\&O Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance;


• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints;


• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors;


• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;


• Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time\-to\-fill, and quality\-of\-hire;


• Support the Group Organizational Development, Talent \& Learning COE for employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.

You’ll directly report to our P\&O Director International \& Global Functions.
The role doesn’t include direct reports.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field;


• Work Experience: 5 years' experience in the role within an international context;


• Local language: Proficiency in Italian and fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Starting Salary: from € 55\.000 (based on experience and skills)


• Variable Pay: Yes, PPO


• Work location: Milan


• Contract type: Permanent


• Full Time or Part Time: Full Time
