Talent Acquisition & Facilities Intern

<p>NT Concepts is seeking an Intern to assist our Talent Acquisition and Facilities teams in many aspects of their jobs to learn a full range of disciplines. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn and committed to excellence.</p>
<p><strong>Clearance</strong>: US Citizenship is required</p>
<p><strong>Location</strong>: Vienna, VA</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>The Intern supports the recruiting and facilities teams by ensuring that all required duties are performed correctly and in a timely manner. These include but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with sourcing talent, reviewing applications and candidate communication to help the talent team with next-step coordination.</li>
<li>Support business development efforts by regularly updating employees resumes and managing a tracking spreadsheet to monitor progress and data integrity.</li>
<li>Support the employee experience through event coordination and drafting internal content to highlight departments and team functions. Assist in marketing and employer branding efforts.</li>
<li>Lead, host and coordinate the NT Concepts Gives Back program, an initiative to help with community service projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate board meeting logistics and material preparation.</li>
<li>Assist in marketing and employer branding efforts.</li>
<li>Support ongoing Talent process improvements and documentation.</li>
<li>Perform general administrative and project support duties as needed.</li>
<li>Managing supplies, coordinating meeting rooms, and supporting facilities and leadership events.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>Previous experience working in a professional work environment preferred.</li>
<li>Strong PC skills using MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.</li>
<li>Professional communication skills and an ability to work across all levels of the organization from staff to the executive level.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple duties simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times.</li>
