<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>As a <strong>Delivery and Success Associate</strong>, you’ll work closely with customers who rely on Ketryx to manage safety‑critical and regulated development processes. This is a technical, engineering‑adjacent role.</p>
<p>You’ll support customers from onboarding through long‑term partnership, helping configure the Ketryx platform, supporting requirements and quality workflows, and applying structured problem solving to real challenges. You’ll develop a deep understanding of how regulated teams build, verify, and validate software.</p>
<p>This is an excellent opportunity for early‑career engineers or technically trained professionals who want exposure to regulated industries, verification &amp; validation practices, and customer‑facing technical work, while growing alongside a mission‑driven team. </p>

<p>Ideally you're already located in<strong> Vienna</strong> or able to relocate quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to support people without an existing <strong>work permit</strong> for this position in Austria at this time.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Support Customer Success:</strong> Partner with clients during onboarding and ongoing use of the Ketryx platform, helping them apply best practices for requirements, verification, and quality workflows.</li>
<li><strong>Configure and Support the Platform: </strong>Assist with configuring Ketryx to align with customer development processes, including requirements traceability, documentation workflows, and validation artifacts.</li>
<li><strong>Apply Engineering &amp; Quality Thinking:</strong> Help customers reason through leaving evidence, verification activities, and structured development processes commonly used in regulated and safety‑critical environments.</li>
<li><strong>Troubleshoot and Problem‑Solve:</strong> Investigate technical and workflow challenges, escalate thoughtfully when needed, and follow through to resolution.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate Cross‑Functionally:</strong> Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to help improve the platform and internal processes.</li>
<li><strong>Support Quality &amp; Compliance Efforts:</strong> Contribute to accurate, well‑structured documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) and reinforce strong process discipline.</li>
<li><strong>Grow Your Technical Skill Set:</strong> Build fluency in regulated software development concepts such as requirements management, verification &amp; validation (V&amp;V), and the V‑model.</li>

<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Technical or Engineering Background:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands‑on technical experience).</li>
<li><strong>Exposure to Structured Development:</strong> Familiarity with concepts such as requirements, verification &amp; validation, testing, systems engineering, or the V‑model (academic or professional exposure is sufficient).</li>
<li><strong>Interest in Regulated Industries:</strong> Curiosity about or comfort working in regulated, safety‑critical environments (medical devices, biotech, pharma, aerospace, automotive, etc.). Prior regulated experience is a plus, not a requirement.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Communication Skills:</strong> Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.</li>
<li><strong>Analytical Problem‑Solving:</strong> Comfort troubleshooting issues, asking good questions, and reasoning through complex workflows.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborative Mindset:</strong> Enjoys working across teams and building trusted relationships with customers and teammates.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in customer success, professional services, or product operations in B2B SaaS.</li>
<li>Background in quality, regulatory affairs, or systems engineering.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).</li>
<li>Experience working in an early stage, product-based start up.</li>
</ul>
