Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food production processes to maintain quality and safety standards
- Manage team members, including scheduling, training, motivating, and evaluating performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the premises
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and feedback with professionalism and positivity
- Coordinate inventory management, including stock levels of ingredients and supplies
- Support marketing initiatives to promote the shop’s offerings and increase customer engagement
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
- Experience in hospitality environments such as cafes, hotels, or bars is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and connect with customers
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and barista or bartending skills are a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast\-paced setting
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
